DESCRIPTION:

Due to heavy traffic in city center of Gorgan city, the mayor of the city decided to build a public parking lot on one of the main streets. This multistory parking lot was the first of its kind to be used in this city, connected to the west and east, with a high density residential area and a main commercial street, respectively.

At first and during the design of the project, it was considered that the last floor would be designed and constructed for the purpose of developing an entertaining space for young people (such as a bowling club). But after several years that the building was constructed, it was revealed that the need for a glamorous restaurant in this part of the town which can serve large numbers of people on various occasions at the same time is a vital. Thus, the last two floors was redesigned and a restaurant and an entertainment complex was built instead. The new layout was focused on the construction of the restaurant to accommodate celebrations, holding seminars and private gatherings in the highest level. The lower floor was redesigned for a coffee shop with more entertaining activities to attract younger people.​
